The temperature fluctuations observed in our area during the harvest months led to the early ripening of early and intermediate cultivars in June, with excellent organoleptic qualities. The subsequent cooling in July forced us to prematurely stop harvesting the late varieties, as ripening under those conditions would have worsened their flavor.
The harvest and sale of fresh fruits are therefore over
PRESERVES AND JUICES MADE FROM OUR ORGANIC BLUEBERRIES AND RASPBERRIES ARE READY
In autumn and spring, fresh fruits are available - obviously not locally produced and rarely certified organic - coming from Southern Italy, Spain, or North Africa. In winter, the products are almost always imported from the southern hemisphere: Africa and South America, sometimes Southeast Asia.

In autumn, activities begin to prepare the plants for the period of vegetative rest and maintenance of plant structures. Late winter is followed by pruning, decisive for the quality of the following season's fruit.
As for the plant, routine maintenance is carried out and, by November, the hail nets and irrigation system are closed to prevent damage from snowfall and frost.

Before and after the winter frost period, the root system of plants is treated with specific adjuvants. These are administered in small amounts and high frequency through the fertigation system in order to help the roots take advantage of the nutrients naturally present in the soil and better prepare for the production season.
Natural products are used that are strictly controlled and permitted by the Italian Ministry of Agriculture https://www.sian.it/vismiko/jsp/fertFabbricanteRicerca.do for organic production, which are precisely dosed under the guidance of trained agronomists.
