Our primary goal is to always provide only fresh organic product, with
refrigeration strictly limited to local distribution times.
Discover the varieties of giant American blueberry (Vaccinium Corymbosum) and raspberry (Rubus idaeus) that we have planted and cultivated, in strictest compliance with organic certification protocols, to ensure maximum product authenticity.
This is the true taste of the forest.
Why Organic?
When the decision was made to establish the farm, there was not the slightest doubt that production should follow the organic method. Both because of the history of the area, and of Ca' Donato in particular, and because the future requires us to be increasingly respectful of the environment.
What, concretely, does organic product mean?
100 Years of Ca' Donato
The current organic plantation stands on land owned by the family since the 1920s, purchased by the paternal great-grandmother of Andrea Lorenzo and Claudio Alessio Covini – current owners of the farm – and used until the mid-1980s as pastureland or for viticulture.
